You don’t have everything dumped on site at once. Your Energy rating will be easily achieved with the double glazed windows and quality insulation

To keep costs to a minimum NO changes can be made to designs of Standard Plans. However ceiling heights may be raised, colors can be chosen and windows can be reduced to single glazed

We do have a separate department that handles owner designs too

Blusteel Homes uses only quality products, starting from Bluescope Steel framing up, we can also offer a steel floor system for sloping sites, cladding choices are: brick weatherboard or colorbond.

Although we have standard kitchens, supplied at a reasonable inclusion can design and install a kitchen to suit any family’s needs.
